TD-W8951ND random drop in download/bandwith

Hello guys, Im having a problem with my new W8951ND.. After I changed to W8951, my internet speed/bandwith keeps dropping at constant rate.. As a result, whenever im playing online games, I always get 1-2 seconds sudden lag frequently..
I tried to change to my old modem, and the problem disappeared.. I was wondering if any of you can help me? Thanks.
PS: My W8951ND is just a week old, therefore I didn't update any firmware. I also switched wifi off. I have attached some pictures to explain my problem.
