Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I installed a TP-link Outdoor CPE210 and connected it to my router AX1500 with cable. the ax1500 does indicate that the corresponding lan port is in use but does not show the cpe in the connected devices. how can I get the cpe visible?

Hi@Hans1954,

If your device is not on the client list, please try the following troubleshooting:
1. Upgrade the router's firmware to the latest following this guide: How to Upgrade the Firmware
2. Reboot the device and the router to have a check.
3. Confirm if the device has a static IP. If yes, change it to obtain the IP address automatically.
4. Verify if the device is on the access control blacklist: How to configure Access Control on the Wi-Fi Routers (new logo)
5. If managing your router with the Tether app, update it to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.

@Joseph-TP

I have tried everything but my router keeps not recognizing the cpe210. When I search for all networks on my smartfhone I also get the cpe210 in the list with all data including the IP address. However, when I type that IP address into my pc my pc again does not recognize that address....

Hi@Hans1954,

Do you mean that you cannot see the CPE210 on the client list of the router? Please go to Advanced-->Network-->DHCP server-->DHCP Client List, can you see the CPE210 there?

If it still doesn't work, please try different LAN ports of the router. You can also set Address Reservation for CPE210: How to configure Address Reservation
