Got Homeshield Advance Parental Control but no block apps option
Hi everyone,
I bought the Deco X55 to have the option to block apps like Roblox and Minecraft, or at least to manage the time spent on them.
I subscribed to Advanced Parental Controls with HomeShield. However, the “Blocked Apps” option doesn’t show up on my kid’s profile in the Deco app.
Can someone help, please?
Hi, It is planned to roll out these features to all the HomeShield-supported models. But there hasn't been an ETA for a special model.
Deco X55_V1/V1.2/V3 all added these features, but V1.3 hasn't yet.
And other models are Deco X20/Deco X60_V4; Deco X60_V3/3.2;Deco XE75/75 Pro_V1;
(It would be much easiler if you could purchase Deco from the local stores as the hardware versions can be found on the product label of the box)
