Model: Archer VR2100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.6.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 220518 Rel.41627n

I have a VR2100 and are considering replacing it a TPlinke Be9300 router once my internet is upgraded.  Once i my the new router can I use my existing one as a mesh extender given it supports one mesh or is it that I would have no use for the VR2100 anymore?

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I know the exact model of TP-Link BE9300 you mentioned? BE9300 is not a exact model number. Here is the result that I searched on the official website.

OneMesh only works between a OneMesh router and OneMesh Wi-Fi Extenders/Powerlines. Archer VR2100 can work as a Onemesh DSL modem router, so it can not work as mesh range extender.

Thank you and best regards.
