your modems
your product is a pain when it comes to trying to setup and configure my landline phone onto your modem this problem has been going on for 3 weeks now its too complicated too technical too time consuming also the codes i have to enter i dont have the right answers too im not a computer expert im not a code expert and deciper i have also i have contacted your chat box support site for technical help on 2 occiacions but it seems to me they are always in a hurry to get to there next customer they simple dont have time for me because my problem is so time consuming and complicated i have downloaded the instruction manual into my files but it still doesent help me with confusing and technical problems if i cannot get this problem fixed i will simply have to send your modem back to southern phone for a refund your product is too complicated too much time consuming to get fully setup and configured also how can i do a simple test from my end to find out if my modem is fully and properly working why cant i download a program that can fully check and test my modem otherwise i simply dont know if everything is working fully and properly im getting fedup with this problem how long is this going to go on for a very disgrunted customer when it comes to after sales service and technical support for tp link modems
