Hi,

Please check if the Windows Update of your Windows 10 is showing any optional updates. ("View optional updates" under the "Check for updates" button)

Windows has offered me in the past to update the driver to "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Net - 1030.52.225.2025" (or 1030.52.107.2025).

From my own testing I know that the driver version 1030.44.1014.2024 only supports USB 2 mode.

If Windows Update for some reason doesn't offer you the *.2025 driver versions, then you could try the driver version 1030.44.0408.2024 from this thread https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/509006. This version supports USB 3 mode.
