TP-Link WR841N V8 connect and reconnect

Firmware Version : 3.15.9 Build 140724 Rel.63227n
ISP : HOT
When i turn off the router or if there is a black out and the router resets , The router starts connect and reconnect for 8 hours.
After 8 hours it's just goes back to normal.
First the only the power light is on , then all the lights are on , then back to only the power on .This goes on and on until it connects back.
