TP Link WR740N not browsing on the WLAN Port

I am using TP Link WR740N Router. I have a problem that when I connect the ethernet cable to WLAN port of this router, I cannot surf the internet and the network status icon shows the yellow mark. But when I connect the Ethernet cable to any LAN port of the router, neither I face any problem in surfing internet, nor network status icon shows any yellow mark. Please guide me how do I start surfing internet on WLAN port of this router.
I have one more ploblem that when I try to access the router settings on my PC, I cannot access the settings. But when I try to access the settings from any other PC, I access it easily. Please let me help how it will be resolved.
