VPN client ,status stays connecting
hi, im using surfshark VPN, couldn't able to connect the VPN, the status stays connecting . i tried with different VPN such as witopia. result same
i removed " auth-user-pass' with manual confg . still didnt work.

Did the issue start recently?
It is also suggested to send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details(please also add the forum ID#781740):
- A copy of the VPN client config file.
- The web UI system log. Please disable the VPN Client on the Deco APP and restart the Deco Mesh first. Then enable the VPN Client and save the web UI log when it reports "Connecting"-Deco web interface login
And a new official version 1.4.0 is in the release process. You can leave me a message if you want to test this version:
