hi

i ve tp-link td-w8951nd
i go to wbsite and downloaded the v6 firmware to upgrade my routeur
use INTERNET EXPLORER and upgrade wired by cable and not wirless
i chose the firmware v6 (ras)
upgrade start but in the end always i got
error fail to update due to… . the uploaded file does't accepted by the router

im sure that im using the correct firmware for ly router
help

Your hardware version is V5? If so, to upgrade the firmwrae, you have to download the latest version for V5.
V6 is a different hardware version and corresponding firmwares cannot be accepted by V5.

ur default firmware as u i can see is V 5 and u update to v6 this is wrong stick with ur firmware revision to avoid critical problem
