Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20230831 rel.67466

Everything says I should be able to do this. It's a VPN supported router, the documents say I should have VPN Client listed as option.

What gives? Is there some secret firmware out there to give me the options?

I'm using Surfshark and would like to add it via VPN client.

AX3000 v1 has only a VPN Server feature implemented - here's its user guide.

Hi  @HiThisIsMyName,

Please confirm the operation mode is router mode now, since the Access Point mode doesn't support VPN.What’s the difference between Access Point mode and Router mode on the Deco?

Please update firmware to latest version.

Please go to Advanced > VPN Client.

@Joseph-TP Hey, thanks for the response. It's definitely in router mode, not access point. I have supplied a screenshot.

@HiThisIsMyName I have upgraded to the latest known firmware version from within the router menus. I also included my firmware version in my post.
