I used the TL-PA211KIT which I borrowed to test product, for 3 months , worked perfect (PAIRED)
I bought (30/10/2014)my own set of TL-PA4010 AV500 NANO (INTERNET WORKED FINE) they randomly disconnected over a few days, unable to pair again.(DAY 4)
Downloaded UTILITY SOFTWARE for win 8 ,unable to detect device. How must the device be connected to Computer?
I connect DEVICE to power and NETWORK CABLE to Computer.
PLEASE HELP

Ethernet light on PA4010 is flashing? Any anti-virus software running on your PC? What is it? Try to disable it and run the utility again.

Disconnecting tl-pa4010 av500 nano

I use WINDOWS DEFENDER switched it off ,still cannot detect DEVICE. can you explain to me how to use UTILITY and connect device to check it with a network cable
Just want to explain how my system works.
I get internet from a TELEPHONE CABLE to WIFI ROUTER which my Computer then picks up, i have extended the internet to another WIFI ROUTER to upstairs of house with TL-PA211KIT which worked fine for 3 months not one problem at all.
I then replaced them with TL-PA4010 AV 500 NANO which keeps on disconnecting.
I have put back the TL-PA211KIT and inter is on for 2 days no problem

Connect one TL-PA4010 to PC by ethernet cable and ethernet light on the adapter should be on or flashing.

The ethernet lights does flicker on off ,but still unable to detect device via UTILITY (DOWLOADED FOR WIN 8.1 FROM TP LINK WEBSITE)

PA211 can be detected or not? Can you try different PCs? I mean install the utility on a different computer and check if it makes any difference.
