No access to TP-Link WDR3600 N600 Webinterface

I am Marco from Germany and hope that someone can help me to rescue my TP-Link WDR3600.
I installed DD-WRT on my TP-Link. That works fine for me but i wanted to go back to original firmware. So i downloaded the firmware wdr3600v1_en_3_13_31_up130320.bin and installed it on the TP-Link.
It looks like that the installation was successful, the TP-Link starts and the Switch works and also WLAN works fine with the factory settings. But i have no access to the Webinterface to change the IP, for example. I can fill out my credentials but the Web-IF won´t load.
Can anyone help me??
