PPPOE conection problem

Please help me with pppoe connection for TP-WR740N. I set all the parameters username and password ask AUTOMATIC connect the router will not connect. I mjenjao MAC address, I signed MAC address WAN modem but can not connect. The router is sipravan I tried the ADSL connection and it works.
