Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: XE75_XE5300v1--up-ver1-4-3-P1

My Mesh network stopped funtioning yesterday. 
Main node with fixed red light. No internet connection, wifi was unstable last days before complete stop. 
Attached to zyxel VMG8825 Home Gateway in bridge mode. (3 ethernet ports with broadband/IPTV, and one port dedicted to internet which th

Tried: 

Replace main node 

create new network. 

Delete all networks, and create one new. 

Restarted home gateway, reset home gateway, turned bridge off/on, 

Updated XE75 to latest firmware update. (XE75_XE5300v1--up-ver1-4-3-P1) 

Connected Linksys router (linksys ea7500) to Zyxel Home Gateway. went online with no issues. 

Connected XE75 to Linksys router, reset and started new network, but still not online. 

Tried to set up the xe75 as access point connected to Linksys router, but still not online. 

ISP confirms everything is OK from their point of view. 

 

Lost for next steps....

Hi, If the Deco was disconnected when running the Deco APP, there is a workaround for your reference:

If it doesn't follow the Deco APP, it is suggested to refer to Unable to connect to the Internet for more suggestions.

Does your internet stops working after opening the Deco app ? Because I have the same model and version and whenever I open the app, it disconnects my internet. There is a thread going for this bug. Also where did you find that firmware update ? They only one available is this one Deco XE75(CA)_V1_1.4.1 Build 20240722 for hardware version 1.

Hi, Thanks for the reply.

The relevant firmware may still be in the release process and isn't ready yet.

I checked the release note of the 1.4.3(EU) version, and it hasn't added any new features but only fixed a reported bug tested by the NL local service providers.
