port forwarding?

good day please help me i want to access our tapo cctv outside our network using rtsp mode in vlc but to do that i need to setup a port forwarding but i am confused which ip do i need to put on our tplink router forwarding setup,the ip of the laptop i use in my work to view the cctv outside the network or the ip of the pc that we have in our home with the same wifi network?

If you want to open port 80 for a local device, please change the router’s remote management port (service port) number first, since its default number is 80.

Make sure that your router WAN port IP address is public.
If you have a private IP address on the WAN port port-forwarding won't work.

If you've set a DHCP address reservation (instead of static IP address - it's still from your LAN) then point to that IP address.

@terziyski i still cant figure it out which one here is correct? that reserved ip is already set to permanent

@terziyski how about in the remote management what do i need to put? and how can i know if the port i want to set is open?
