Need assistance on this issue i cant seem to make WOL on my computer outside my home. here is my config what im doing wrong?

Router WAN

PC added to binding list

Added port forwarding

You're doing just fine but your router WAN IP address is a private IP address - 192.168.1.214 - details (Step 4).

Unless you get a public IP address, this won't work - contact your ISP and ask for availability on such setup.
