Archer AX1800v sip phone rings twice and stops
My modem is connected to external provider (crazytel) for sip phone. When I call my number it rings just twice and ringing stops but line is active - I can pick the handset and call is made.
Phone is basic VTECH T1200, connected to modem directly.
Is there are any SIP settings to increase number of those calls?

Hi, welcome to our community.
Can you call out via the Internet properly?
Can you receive calls via Telephony service properly?
Who is your ISP?
It is suggested to follow configuration settings in the three guides to check step by step:
How to setup my VoIP function on VoIP Modem Router
Unable to call out via the Internet with TP-Link Telephony modem router
Unable to receive calls via Telephony service with TP-Link Telephony modem router
Thank you and best regards.

Hi Marvin, Everything is fine, I can make outbound calls also incoming calls are received. The only problem is with number of rings - just 2. After that phone doesn't ring but I still can pick it and call is established. Is there are any sip settings to increase that? There is no voice mail set on the modem.
Just to mention - it was ok with the old modem (Netcomm NF18ACV).
Also checked links - I don't have anything enabled: DND/Block/etc..
