At PE5 start the console is properly connected.

It's a deco problem because if I bypass them and go straight to the isp router with an Ethernet cable everything works fine.

@SamCur You need to mention your Deco Model.

Is port forwarding enabled in Deco app?

@ImtiazAli thank you for your answer the deco model is X50

Port forwarding is not currently enabled: in some blogs I've found it might be risky so I've been hesitant to do. Also I'm not an expert in this matter.

@SamCur You can use your Deco X50 into AP Mode because in AP Mode your connected devices will get ip address directly from ISP router.

@ARGamingPK1 thank you if I am not mistaken this working mode will limit some of the Deco advanced functionalities like parental controls device isolation and so on... the deco mesh will be basically just an extension if the isp router... am I right?

@SamCur You can try to connect your PS5 by using a LAN cable then try.

@SamCur You don't have to enable port forwarding, just make sure that "SIP ALG" & "UPNP" both are enabled.
