X90 dropping internet but still green
Having lots of problem with my pair of X90 bought January 2022. Worked fine the first two years and prior to the current problems it has been working ok'ish for some month. Now it is dropping internet connection randomly all the time but led-indicator still shows green, something I haven't seen before. Not sure if it is a WiFi problem or internet-access problem but cable connected units to the X90 also seem to have problems occcasionally. Now at work, I cannot access the primary unit, so assume some problem with accessing the internet. I have TP-link SG105E switch attached to one of the X90.
I have:
1. Tested the internet from the ISP with my computer directly wired to the modem (works. Perhaps should perform ping for a longer period just to be 100% sure)
2. Done factory reset of both X90 units
3. Swapped the primary and secondary unit
4. Changed ethernet cables
5. Changed DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4
6. Only using 5 GHz WiFi (turned off 2.4GHz)
7. Turned off private WiFi-address on the phones so I can see the family members phones in the deco app and keep it simpler.
Getting pretty tired of the units and for the price they should work better. Will try some more but if not beeing fixed soon I will move to some other brand.
Any ideas? If broken do I have warranty? (seems unlikely that both are broken so I assume software issue)
