Lost local wireless up on completion of client setting in router WISP mode

Model : TL-WR1043ND
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
If client setting left blank or not set I can connect to local SSID TP-LINK.... from my PC or any other wireless device.
But if I click on survey and then select WISP provider, insert password and do save local SSID is not visible any more.
Conection to internet via cable works but by wireless not, due to local SSID is not visible anymore.
Any sugestion whats wrong ?
