Expanding WiFi Coverage – Best Economical WiFi 7 Tri-Band Device for Deco X20 DSL

Hi everyone,
I currently have a Deco X20-DSL, which serves as my only modem/router at home. However, its coverage is insufficient to reach the bedroom and some corners of the house. I’m looking to expand my WiFi coverage by adding a new device and need recommendations for the best economical option that is compatible with my existing unit.
A few key points:
- I have an FTTP connection, so I am no longer using the DSL functionality of the Deco X20-DSL.
- I want the new device to support WiFi 7 with tri-band capabilities to future-proof my mesh system.
- The new unit must support wired backhaul, as I already have Ethernet cables running throughout the house.
- I plan to install the new device as the main unit (connected to the NBN point), while the existing Deco X20-DSL will act as a satellite unit, connected via wired backhaul and placed in the corner where coverage is weak.
Can you please recommend the best suitable and economical model that meets these requirements? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
