Do you have ADSL synchronization on the router? Give us screen shot from Status tab when you have line in ADSL socket

What OP wants is most likely that TP-Link got the configuration for this ISP wrong and he wants them to change it to PPPoE instead of PPPoA.
As you can tell from the screenshots, his internet is already working, no issue here.

@ahmed2014 Contact TP-Link support and tell them your problem.

I can see ADSL synchronization, IP addresses for me everything is ok. Do you have internet access?

no any problem in manual configuration but in automatic is PPPoA not PPPoE !

Problem with the same router type TP-Link TD-W8970

I have a problem in the downstream of this router with ISP TE-data
It is supposed to read downstream 2048 but instead it reads downstream 360.
The router works fine on others TE-DATA suppliers and other tp-link routers works fine on my line.
Any ideas what could be the reason??
