My WAN port is connected to a network that allows access via proxy ie I first connect to the wifi of my router, then open a page with a specific address , enter username password. Only then i can access the internet.
The problem is if i am connected to my router's wifi and logged in using my username and password, and anyone else now connects to my router's wifi he can access the net via my username and password . He does not have to login with his own proxy. In fact if many devices are connected to my router , only one needs to login and others can access the net without logging in.

I do not want this to happen. How do I configure my router so that different people can access the net using different proxies.
