Router limits the connection speed

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 4.7.11 Build 101102 Rel.60376n
ISP : RDS
Hello,
This router seems to limit my the connection speed.
I am connected through PPPoE and my download speed does not exceed 64 Mbps. On direct connection to my PC I have at least 90 Mbps download speed.
Is there any solution to this issue ?
