VoIP not working on TD-W8970 - HELP!

HELP!!!
I have a TD-W8970 brand new out of the box
Firmware Version:0.6.0 2.11 v000c.0 Build 140508 Rel.56501n
Hardware Version:TD-W8970 v1 00000000
I also have a Cisco VoIP
Model: SPA122, LAN, 2 FXS
Hardware Version: 1.0.0
Boot Version: 1.0.1 (Oct 6 2011 - 20:04:00)
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 (014) May 9 2013
Recovery Firmware: 1.0.2 (001)
However I only get one-way speech on all calls (outbound voice OK, no inbound voice) I have the SPA in the DMZ so forwarding isn't an issue.
Anyone got any bright ideas?
