Error upgrading TD8970 to latest firmware

Model : TD-W8970
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 0.6.0 2.8 v000c.0 Build 130828 Rel.38099n

Just noticed that new firmware has been released for TD8970. When I try to upgrade the firmware I get the error message:
"Error code: 71211
Failed to upload upgrade file! You may upload a wrong file."
Apart from the obvious (it's the wrong file), any other ideas how I might get the upgrade to work?
