Deco App and Internet disconnection

Hi,
Everytime I open the Deco app either straight away or within a minute my internet disconnects, both on android and ios. I have to unplug the main Deco for it to reconnect. Both App and Deco firware are up to date. Internet is fttp.
Any ideas?

Yes! The Security+ status and reports are all back to normal. The new 3.9.12 versions for iOS seems to have sorted out all the issues.

Hi, There is also a new 3.9.23 for Android, but it hasn't been released on Google Play yet.

man lucky I keeping up on this thread.. I knew something was wrong with the firmware or what not causing my Deco M9 to keep crashing driving me crazy as it always happen when I am trying to do some update on the deco app with parental controls or network blocks.. I actually went out and bought updated x5000 models and worked so I thought it was my device issue.
I will go and test my deco m9. Later with the latest deco app 3.9.12.. I was using 3.99 when it kept crashing. On us and to fix always needed to reboot the decos to fix.. annoying as hell.
