Deco App and Internet disconnection

Hi,
Everytime I open the Deco app either straight away or within a minute my internet disconnects, both on android and ios. I have to unplug the main Deco for it to reconnect. Both App and Deco firware are up to date. Internet is fttp.
Any ideas?

Same behaviour - M5 on latest firmware, Android app 3.9.22. Downgrade using the APK works for a while until the app updates itself.

I am experiencing the same issue with my 3 x XE75 Pro's (Firmware 1.2.11 Build 20240724 Rel 3) and my iPhone 16 Pro Max running Version 3.9.9 of the Deco app. It seems ok at the main screen of the app but soon as you select any of the tabs, the main Deco hub unit goes offline and red. If I don't open the app, the network is stable and reliable.
I have noticed one other weird thing that may or may not be relevant. Within the Security Tab of the app, it shows that I am subscribing to the security modules and that the Web Protection, Intrusion Detection and IOT Protection are all active and green. When I go into the report section of the app to look at the weekly security report, it shows that some of the security modules are disabled. Wondering if this issue relates to people who have the security subscription active.

@AndrewM36 Just go into the play store and Mange Apps in your profile and un-check auto update that App. You can select individual apps not to auto update.

Same issue. Sometimes it shows one satellite as offline. Device will turn red. All of the clients that are associated with the satellite still remain online, but they all disappear from the list of online clients.
Only happens after using the app

It is suggested to install the 3.9.11 beta APP on the iPhone to see whether it helps.

For the security+ issue, can I have some screenshots that "the weekly security report shows that some of the security modules are disabled"?
I don't think it is related to the Deco APP, but I would be curious whether it also disappeared after downgrading the Deco APP.
Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP I've tried 3.9.11 and the same issue remains. Red light after opening the app and navigating through some options. In my case, network optimisation.
I've gone back to 3.8.159 and everything is fine again.

David,
I actually went back into the app to get some screenshots for you (see above). The weekly security report doesn't actually show the status of the Security+ modules. Within the weekly report, there was a warning that indicated I hadn't done a security scan in a week. When I hit the scan button in the report and completed the scan, the results of the scan show that there were "No Risks Found" but three security tips were provided. The tips recommended that I Turn On Web Protection, Intrusion Prevention and IoT Protection. This is odd given the Security tab in the Deco app shows all three are turned on and active.
Needless to say, the app crashed the network within a minute of going into the reports tab to grab these images. I was actually standing beside the main hub when this happened and I noticed that the light on the Deco first changed from GREEN to the YELLOW/GREEN color you see when the Deco's are first plugged in. After about 20 seconds the color then changed to RED and stayed like that until I unplugged the Deco and restarted it. It could be the security report shows the Security+ modules are inactive because the network had crashed while the scan was taking place. Not sure.
EDIT: I just downloaded and installed the beta 3.9.11 version for iOS and it worked for the first minute or so then crashed the network with the Deco unit turning RED.

@David-TP Seems like the newest official release 3.9.12 on iOS has also resolved the issue. I tried doing a few things in the app - refreshing network status, updating parental controls, checking for update, network optimization and the main Deco hasn't gone red, so I think this is fixed. Thanks for following up on this issue and to the team for getting it resolved quickly.
