Deco App and Internet disconnection

Hi,
Everytime I open the Deco app either straight away or within a minute my internet disconnects, both on android and ios. I have to unplug the main Deco for it to reconnect. Both App and Deco firware are up to date. Internet is fttp.
Any ideas?

The engineers have been informed about the Reddit post as well. I'm still awaiting additional updates from the engineer.
Given that both Deco APP 3.9.9/3.9.22 versions have been released for quite some time, we've noticed a recent influx of feedback started over the past 3-4 days. It seems like there are numerous aspects that require thorough examination.

@David-TP I have reported by email again this morning. Took a while as it kept disconnecting. This started for me between two and three weeks ago. I just never thought it was the app to start with.

@David-TP Thanks David. The latest app update was just two weeks ago on iOS, so hasn't really been out that long (maybe version number didn't change though). I opened a ticket with my ISP on 3/11, so it was around the same time that most recent update came out.

@David-TP Hi i have 3x xe75pro and yes when I open the deco app with current version 3.9.9.2 and use any menu the whole deco system crashes goes Red. I downloaded the older apk version of the deco app and it works very well with no crashes. So looks like something wrong with v3.9.9.2.

i'm having the same issue as others here. Deco XE75, disconnects from internet when using the Deco App forcing a reboot to get connectivity back. (current iPhone app version).
