Hi all.
I'd like to be able to enable external ssh access to one of my internal machines, but restrict it to certain external IP addresses (since ssh is frequently subjected to brute force hacking attempts, which is annoying, if nothing else!).
If I add a port forwarding rule, then any external IP is allowed. So far as I can tell, the firewall on the TD-W8970 can only be used to restrict outbound connections - I hope I'm wrong on this (it seems a pretty basic firewall requirement!!) .. if so, can anyone tell me how to go about setting up external restrictions?
