Hi,

Have you verified the Xiaomi 13 phone is indeed transmitting on the 2.4 GHz band when the TL-WN823N cannot see its hotspot?

The hotspot of Xiaomi phones might not follow the band that was previously selected if the hotspot feature is being turned on when Wi-Fi was also on.

Try if the hotspot becomes visible to the TL-WN823N if you first turn Wi-Fi off on the Xiaomi phone and then turn the hotspot on.

Also note that if your TL-WN823N is a "US" version, then it can only work on channels 1 to 11 in the 2.4 GHz band.
