Deco X60 V2 Homecare Features Missing?
Hey there. I picked up some Deco X60's V2, knowing that they came with Homecare, like the Deco M5 does.
However, on my Deco M5, I would receive monthly reports with data usage per month, even broken down by device. I found this really helpful. Unfortunately, I can't find this feature after I set my Deco X60 as the main Deco. Is it not present in the X60 or is this a bug by some change? I'd really appreciate help with this

There hasn't been a firmware upgrade or Service update to the Deco X60_V2/HomeCare. I don't suppose anything might be changed.
As you switched the main Deco, I doubted it might be related. Switching the main Deco might cause data loss/reset during the reported period.
How long have you had this issue? Was the last report a few months after the main Deco-switch?

@David-TP Ever since I switched to the X60 as my main Deco. I do get a monthly report but it doesn't have any of the data usage information and only shows basics such as number of devices connected. The M5, when it was set as the main, had a lot more detail. As the M5 and X60 are both Homecare, I'd assume they should be the same in that regard but it doesn't seem like it's following properly?

At the moment, I don't have any clues either. Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log so that I can forward it to the senior engineers to see whether they have any other insights?

@David-TP I will do thanks. Can I just confirm that the Deco X60 Homecare is supposed to have detailed monthly reports that show data usage per device, like the M5 did?
They're both Homecare so I expected as such.

Hi, I think pretty much the same as you do. As they are both HomeCare models, the format of the monthly report is supposed to be the same.
I consulted the engineers earlier but I haven't received an update yet.
By the way, when you submit the APP log, Please also attach some screenshots of the current Monthly reports.
