Firmware Version: unknown

We use Citizen E300 with Archer T2U Nano USB adators in a USB slot on the network card.

We have a issue were the Archer just doesn't connect to the Wifi and obtain an IP address. Working one minute then it doesn't work.

We can replace the Archer with another known working Archer and the printer then connects to WIfi. Put the none working one back in, it doesn't connect.

Now take the none working one and put it in a laptop and it will connect to the Wifi , the same 2.4Ghz wifi and WAP it woudn't connect to in the printer.

Its crazy, We have £300 printers not working because of a £15 wifi adator.

Anybody have any clues

Hi,

Do I understand this right that you have a (label) printer from Citizen and you are plugging the Archer T2U Nano directly into the USB port of that printer?

If yes, then you are actually very lucky that the "other" Archer USB Wi-Fi adapter you mentioned does work in combination with that Citizen printer. If you need to connect additional printers of that type, then I think the way to go would be to get another one of the Archer USB Wi-Fi adapter that works. (make sure it is the exact same hardware version, since different hardware versions of the same Wi-Fi adapter model might utilize different Wi-Fi chips)

Tp-link company lazy update driver to last version 5.1.38 fix problem.

Custom add driver mediatek will fix problem in windows 10/11, but add custom driver will problem in VMWare.
