Hi!
I've just upgraded my ISP speed from 100Mbit to 1Gbit. I was hoping that WAN port on the router can handle 1Gbs LAN speed, as stated in the specs. Unfortunateley it is not. I've tested it with other cables, tested direct connection, connected WAN port to notebook - I've got everything working at 1 Gps (as windows connection properties stated) and real download speed (tested with uTorrent) at at least 22Mbyte/s (thats is about 200 Mbit/s), except the router WAN port. What it is connected to any device - it shows 100 Mbit connections, and when I use it to connect to the internet - max speed is at about 10 Mbyte/s.
So - how can I get my WR1043ND v1 to connect at 1 Gbps through WAN port? Can it be that v1 is 100 Mbit only and v2 is 1Gbps?
