So a few hours ago we lost power for a few minutes. Once it came back on I noticed my internet was out but figured it was just the ISP.  I ran some errands, came back and noticed my Deco was no longer in my app, but my other locations were.  I removed it, logged in and same thing which was very odd. So I factory reset the deco and it came back in the app but still no internet.  I finally called my ISP and we did some testing and in the end we had to go back to gateway mode double NAT and it worked.  So I had them flip it back to bridge, plugged in my static info into a desktop and it worked fine.  So I said let me try again in my deco and again it did not work with the static IP option like it has for months.  So for now we decided dynamic on my side in gateway mode.  Now it's been an hour and I just noticed my Deco network has once again vanished from the app but if I can access it via the browser.  So it seems like when the power went out some sort of corruption has happened that a factory reset cannot fix.

 It gets more strange. I logged out and back into the app and my network appeared again but then said it has been deleted, like a small pop up. I snagged a screenshot. Logged out and in again. My network was back again. Flipped to the change network screen and poof it was gone again.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

I am afraid the problem seems strange and messy.  

Here are the suggestions for your reference:

1. Take factory reset on all Decos.

2. Uninstall Deco app and reinstall it from Google Play or Apple Store.

3. Follow your original network topology, reconfigure Deco network for a try.
