I have a DECO BE16000 (3 Pack).  I recently upgraded my cable modem speed to 1200mbps.  I also changed the ethernet cable from a cat5 to cat8 between my xfinity cable modem and the Deco master.  When I run the test internet speed, I can see the test being run and during the upload part the I see a red X and get a message internet speed test failed.  Can you help ? I have Xfinity for high speed internet with the cable modem acting in a bridge mode and the DECO BE16000 as a router.  There is a CAT 8 ethernet cable between the DECO and Cable modem. The cable modem is good upto 2.5GBPS and the speed upgrade was from 900mbps to 1.2gbps.

 

Can you help me ? I cannot find my device in the drop down menu.

By the way, did the issue start just after the bandwidth upgrade?
