How can you install a TLANT5830B antenna directly to a USB connection?, is ther an adapter or what to I need to do, id like to connect my Grid antenna to a Switch or router or to a laptop to the usb port, any ideas?

A antenna can not connect to USB ports..Why are you planning to do that?!

ANT5830B is a 5GHz antenna with a N type connector, you can connect it to a 5GHz router or Access Point or USB network adapter through a pigtail cable like TL-ANT24PT.
