unable to reset the DECO M4R

after being updated farmware all on a sudden device could not be found in network, now unable to reset any of the three unit

Was there any power outage or instability during the firmware upgrade?
Now what is the LED status on each Deco?
It is suggested to unplug the power adapters for all Decos for some time, and replug them, then try factory reset again.
