Hi everyone!

I need help with the following.

Just bougth a TP Link Router-modem ADSL+. Cant got connected nor login to the web interface:

[*]The DHPC server not assign an IP address.
Using a Window PC, a Ubuntu laptop, or an Android smartphone, the client keeps waiting for an IP address to be assigned. Does the same wired or wireless.
[*]Using static Ip address connect but cant login in the web interface.
Connecting to tho 192.168.1.1 address pop up a window login with the model number of the router asking for the usser/pass. Using admin/admin bring me pop up the same window again and again,
[*]The configuration tool dont work.
The installer say the router is not connected.
[*]The WPS tool connect but dont asign an IP address.
The same as 1.

I go to the seller, who change te unit.
The problem is the new one fails the same as the first one.

Someone who can help me?

To restart the device won't help?
Did you try to hard reset it? When you reset it, are there any changes of indicators on front panel?
If it makes no difference, it should be faulty.
