Where can I get the beta firmware?
I am also having the same issue.
I recently bought the router but the bandwidth controller is not working which is my number 1 priority as my internet speed is not high so I need to control bandwidth of each PC of my households.

Tried the firmware but it doesn't work with my ISP (unifi). Selected PPPoE connection but the status remained connecting.. anyone from malaysia here?

So I found this thread via a google search. After seeing that the latest non beta firmware was a higher version than the beta (TL-WR841HP_V1_150519.zip) I installed it, assuming it contained the bandwidth fixes that were in the beta (TL-WR841HP_V1_141208_Beta.zip). It did not fix the bandwidth controls.

So I installed the Beta version, and now I have working bandwidth controls. Can someone explain why a production version of the firmware produced after the beta version does not fix the bandwidth control issue? We shouldn't have to run beta firmare to get this feature to work. Thanks

It is for V1.20, i ever try to flash it and no issue for hardware V1. (still, Do with your own risk!!!) But i don't check the bandwidth control as I don't use it.
I am using archer C7 right now, and the WR841HP is sleeping in the box. I don't dare to wake it up (as it makes angry again reminded by the ARP delay)
