Deco App upgrade caused Deco to show off line

I have 3 devices s4s.
On the 9th March logged onto the android app just to check status.. All showing healthy no issues.
I noticed the app had an alert message which said there was an update to app.
I downloaded it from Google play store and it installed all OK.
Since the update the 2 slave decos are showing not connected ie off line.
Both show on the device they are connected and they have no issues in connecting and serving any mobile devices.
Clearly the upgrade app is flawed.
Any help please.

Can I have the current version of your Deco APP?
Would there be any Tapo/Kasa smart devices in the Mesh system?
I don't think it is due to the Deco APP upgrade. There was a beta firmware for Deco S4 and you can find it in the Message. Please let me know whether it helps.
How about your Deco APP version?
Is there any chance that you can connect the Deco X50-outdoor via an Ethernet cable to the nearby Deco?
-By the way, when Deco is blinking blue, can you see a wireless SSID like Deco_xxxx in the WALN settings on the mobile phone?
If an Ethernet connection doesn't make any difference, please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:

Hello David sorry for my late reaction. I was on vacation.
The main deco is de X20 with the nex firmware 1.2.2 build 20241009 rel. 76236
The app can not find the x50 outdoor by wifi or ethernet cable.
I see wifi network with ssid Deco_0164 on the list with wifi networks
The Deco app version is: 3.9.22

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
Please also restart the main Deco X20 once.
Make sure no VPN service is enabled on the smartphone.
Check there is no customized Firewall software enabled, like Circle or others.
(If there is a spare mobile phone, it is also recommended to test on the new mobile)
Then try to "add a Deco unit" again on the APP, when the Deco APP reports "can't find Deco", please manually go to WLAN settings and select "Deco_0164" to see whether it helped.
However if still no further improvement, please help me submit the Deco APP log here:

But this network connotatie find anything.
I can not blind the optioneel to sinds you the Deco app log. When i try-out that it goes directie to the deco support i think
Is it posible to create a second wifi network on with my x50 outdoor and thans transfer all the connecties to the new network? And reset the x20 to factory settings. After that rename the new network to the old ssid

Hi, Thanks for the update.
"Is it posible to create a second wifi network on with my x50 outdoor"
I have a new idea and maybe you can help me test whether it works.
This time, we don't add the extra Deco X50-outdoor as a satellite unit and use it as the main Deco to replace the current Deco X20:

I did notice you submitted an APP log before and I will also forward it to the engineer first to see whether it saved something useful.
Wait for your reply and best regards.
