Firmware Version: 1.8.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 230705 Rel.12787n

Upgrading to latest version 1.9.0091v009e240903 13195n caused all sort of problems with DSL connection mainly loosing DSL overnight around 3am. Also network status kept in enquiring mode. Also wiped out all the programming on my mesh devices.... Reveted back to 1.8.00.91 all OK.

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm whether the issues you mentioned repeatedly happened after firmware update?
How did the VR2100 recover normal connection? Automatically or you had to reboot it?
Could you please reinstall the latest firmware and share us more details about the issue?
And when the issue happens, please log into the web UI and save log file then share us instead of rebooting VR2100.

I have been asked to answer a couple of qusetions regarding the upgarde latest firmware:

I upgraded the router and downgraded it a number of times, with fresh loads. I manually installed my credentials also.

Downgrading instantly resolved all the issues.

After the upgarde, the only way to recover the internet connection was to reboot the router. The internet led was normal colour even though no internet.

The log file did not show the correct times and was out of sync with real time.

If I try the new load again I will upload the log file but not planning to do so soon, its working OK on the previous load.
