@David-TP Any tentative date as to when the firmware will be production ready ?
Also india support site still shows 1.0.8 as the latest firmware.

@David-TP thanks. Loaded this onto my BE25 last night. So far so good. I like the "high capacity mode" (turning off 2.4ghz backhaul). Do you know if/when that feature is going to be available for x50/x55?

Hi, Thanks for the update.
You could send an email feedback to the local IN support to ask for an update on the official website. 1.0.11 should be the latest official firmware for BE25.
For the beta 1.0.17 here, It still needs a while to be officially released.
If you experienced any issues with Deco BE25 currently, it is recommended to test the 1.0.17 first.
It could also revert to the 1.0.8 directly via web UI.
Best regards.

v1.17 beta is definitely much better than the v1.13 update. However, I am still finding that my PS5 Pro and PlayStation Portal won't work very well over 5GHz. I also cannot connect to the MLO network at all with the PS5 Pro, but my iPhone 16 Pro works fine.
A lot of discussion online about issues with PlayStation, however, using v1.11, I didn't really have the issues im having now and it did connect to the MLO network before. I realise it's a beta release, but something doesn't feel quite right between the decos.

Hi, Thanks for the update.
Can you add more details that "PS5 Pro and PlayStation Portal won't work very well over 5GHz"? Do they randomly drop out?
Would there be any error message when PS5 Pro can't connect to the MLO network?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP So I was going to post a lot of things, but turns out that the fix might have been quite simple! I've disconnected the PS5 Pro and then removed the device from the Deco app, reconnected and it is now connected on MLO (2.4GHz+5GHz). I had some issues with WPS working too, so had a similar issue with another device which led me to this action!
Anyway, I would still say that the speed test on the device is quite slow, but improved from being connected only 5GHz. I have a fibre connection which is 360Mbps and on my iPhone in the same location as the PS5 Pro, connected to the same Deco and the MLO network (2.4GHz+5GHz), I will get a result of 290-320Mbps using Ookla. The PS5 using the built in speed test is variable but a maximum of 175Mbps. On the regular 5Ghz network, it is usually 85Mbps, max 140Mbps, so MLO is an improvement. I have tried putting it on the IoT network (with no other devices connected to it with 5Ghz) but I've had it as low as 50Mbps. Upload speeds are pretty consistent, hovering around 45Mbps, with my network offering a maximum of 72Mbps. The iPhone performs around 60-70Mbps though, again from the same location..
All of this has meant that the PS Portal has been very inconsistent, and this only on my LAN, not from any remote locations. I have stabliisied this somewhat by putting that on the IoT now (with 5Ghz) and the PS5 Pro on the MLO. All of my other devices are on the regular SSID. I'l do some more testing.
One other issue that has appeared since firmware v1.13 is that PS5 downloads will fail with a DNS error. I have used Cloudflare for many years, including with my previous Deco M5 triple pack setup and never incurred this issue before. I tried setting the PS5 to Google and will see how that goes today. My BE25 Decos are in the exact same place the M5's were for over 4 years if that helps and I can't say I've had coverage issues in that room in the past. The satellite Decos with the BE25 have mostly been reporting Medium strength though, where at least the one on the same floor was always Strong with the M5. Network is using 2.4Ghz backhaul (turning this off made it much worse) and I am using 160MHz (80Mhz wasn't much different). Other devices like an Apple TV have mostly been fine, so there is something about the PlayStation devices that has been inconsistent.

@David-TP Hello, I just got a BE25 EU Ver:1.0 and my older X50 unit did display CPU and Memory utilization and the BE25 doesn't display that information. At this point I'm asking myself if the X50 had better and more powerful hardware than the BE25. Also is there any plan to get Wireguad VPN Server for the BE25?

Hi, yes, Deco BE25 is also planned to support WireGuard VPN and CPU & Memory Display.
The Deco BE25 is equipped with WiFi 7 chipset and has multi-gigabit ports. I think its hardware would be better.
Thank you very much and best regards.
