Can’t keep 5G connection stable keep offline
Sunday
Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Anyone facing the this issue? I'm from Malaysia currently using this modem with Yes5G but it keep on getting disconnected. Currently running the latest firmware version my signal is great using holding around -90dBm so i guess it wont be the network issue tho. Since in Malaysia there only DNB 5G services at the moment all the telco uses the same provider. Really looking for some help here tho.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I saw a similar feedback last week:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/751762

The OP here also used MY/Yes-5G.

Later, I'd like to follow up on your case via email and could you please help me save the following details:

1. Please install the 1.1.7 debug firmware and help me capture the modem logs when Deco X50-5G lost the 5G service again.

How to capture the modem log on Deco X50-5G

2. Please save a screenshot of the Internet settings when Deco X50-5G was red and dropped out, such as

3. Save a copy of the web UI system log.

Deco web interface login

(You can send these details to support.forum@tp-link.com, and please also add the forum ID# 759544)

@David-TP but the issue is that we started to use the QWinLog software once it's turn red? Because sometimes i don't even when it will happen how should i log it? Sometimes it disconnected middle of the night when I'm not available so what should i do to provide an accurate log for you guys?

Hi, Thanks for the update.

Would it be possible to keep the QWinLog software running in the background, "Start" before you go to sleep, and "Stop" the next morning?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
