Give us your configuration? We can't see your router settings :(

please look at the screen captures of my router configuration.
i have setup further changes to the remote management to allow for any computers
and I m able to access the administration page thru my android phone on 4G network.
However, I m still not able to access the IIS, even after I change IIS to listen of other ports than 80, (e.g. 8080)
and forwarding port to 8080, I m still not able to access the web page on IIS.

I can't think of anything else...so please help!

Sir i have a problem in my Tplink TL-WR740 router which is that i setting my router on PPTP Russia which is my ISP provider, i have facing a issue that is i have not connected the router via wifi or LAN,but sometime i restart my router all is working fine,i reset it many times and configure it but my problem still not solved,Please reply me as soon as possible i shall be very thankful to you.
