Sky Q ethernet link to Deco dropping every few days
Hi,
I recently bought TP-Link Deco BE65 BE9300 and it works great except with my Sky Q box. I have an ethernet heardwire connection directly from sky q box to deco unit so it should be totally stable but the sky q box keeps losing internet connection every few days. I've gone into the developer section of sky q and disabled wifi completely. Any ideas on a fix otherwise i'll need to return it. Firmware all up to date on deco unit and sky q

Hi, welcome to the community.
How many Sky Q boxes do you have?
-Is the Sky Q box connected to the main Deco BE65 or one of the satellite BE65s?
Have you tried to replace the Ethernet cables between the Sky Q box and Deco BE65?
Please also connect the Q box to another Ethernet port on the BE65 to see whether it makes any difference.

@David-TP hi, I have a sky q box and then a mini in another room. Sky q box is hard wired into the main deco unit not a satellite. Cable is fine as it worked with other units without issue unit the change to Deco.

@IanoT Thanks, it happened again today. It always seems to happen ovenight when not in use. Worked fine before i went to bed and then this morning the connection was lost.
