Hi,

I have the Deco XE75 Pro and have subsribed to the parental controls add on.

Previosuly I was able to see historic and real time data on traffic but now when I go into Parental controls and click on any of the groups there is no data visible.

The groups have devices in them and they are online.

What can be the cause of this?
