Hello. I have my TP Link M4R perfectly configured and working properly. When a new device is connected to my network, I'm not receiving any notification. I was looking at the troubleshooting sections and I'm not able to identify the configuration error. Can you please help me? Thank you!

May I confirm that the problem is your iPhone can not receive the notifications or there is no notifications at the Mesage Page of Deco app?
Please make sure you are using the latest Deco app version from Apple Store.
It is also suggested to check on another phone.
