Problem with my TD w8968 through WAN

My WiFi was working perfectly till today, suddenly i lost the connection and all i could get now is limited connectivity message and cannot surf the internet..
I use WAN for connectivity, each and every setting was the same since i last used it..some how i cannot connect access anymore website..
After connecting to the tp link modem through wifi, am unable to access wifi..but when i keep the same WAN connection directly to my Laptop..i can access it without any problems..
can someone help me out? i tried calling customer service, but they are not responding..i think there is some problem with my modem/router now..
